Do you ship worldwide?

Can I change or cancel my order?
To accommodate our swift order processing, kindly request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. After this period, requests cannot be accepted. Most orders are eligible for a full refund upon return.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday, within 1-3 business days of the order date. Please consider potential delays during holidays and sale seasons. Shipping occurs the day after the processing day. Note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Displayed prices are tax-free. Import duties and taxes may be incurred upon receiving your order. These charges are your responsibility and won't be covered by us. Customs-related delays are beyond our control.
How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Contact us with your order number, photographs of the item(s), and related references upon receiving your package. We'll work promptly to resolve your case.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Contact your card-issuing bank for credit posting timelines. If you haven't received a credit, follow up with your bank/credit card company, as it may take some time.
